no sign-on bonus???

thanks for your replies. it turns out Ethan is right. my friend was put in a "un-tracked" program so that her year-end bonus would have a higher upward potential. But she's only gonna work for the last 3 months for this year, so the bonus won't be much anyway.

Maximum of a Brownian motion?

<t>Sorry for cross-posting, I'm really eager on getting an answer! Here is the question:S follows a Brownian motion with zero drift and constant volatility, i.e. its std dev is sigma*(t^1/2) at time t and sigma is a known constant.we know that at time T, the process has value B. Now we start at time ...

Maximum of a Brownian motion?

By the way, we assume the brownian motion has zero drift and constant variance, i.e. its volatility at time t is sigma*square_root_of(t), and sigma is a constant.

Maximum of a Brownian motion?

<t>If S follows a Brownian motion, and we know that at time T, its value is B. Now we start at time 0.What is the probability of the process having value never higher than A during time 0 to T?i.e. what is the probability that the maximum value of the process in time 0 to T is less than A? Assume co...

Help!! American binary option value?

A stock is now traded at 100. An european binary option that pays off 1 if stock price ends up above 110 (and 0 otherwise) is worth 0.3 now.How much would an American binary option with same strike and payoff function worth?
