Frankly,unlikely. in terms of experience,you dont gain much other than how the internal trade booking system works, and (double) checking th e deals. Stuff like payment dates. However, given this market, take it.

In general, everybody does. I was thinking of getting an HSMP when I started applying for positions. However, everyone I interviewed with didn't care, as their lawyers could do the same job with less hassle.
