For an experienced quant trader, the number does look very surprising. What is the management's take on this? I am sure they must have given you some reason why the bonus numbers are what they are.

What is the usual turnaround time from the first phone interview to offer? In banks, this is usually a month at least. What about smaller places like HFs? In my experience they are faster, assuming of course, they don't change their minds.
