Does an inactive forum need a new name?

For many many months I could not log into the forum, perhaps many have some technical problems logging in (and gave up). If one not can log in it is not easy to write something here. 

Perhaps I was considered so Loberal that blocked out (must not be mistaken as Liberal) ?
