confirmation of OTC equity option

I am looking for the confirmation of OTC equity option. Should someone have it, please post it.

All I can imagine is a trading desk telling the new guy, "we didn't get a confirm on one of our OTC equity trades, see if anyone at Wilmott.com has it." But maybe I'm just misunderstanding the question. Can you rephrase your question? Or tell us why you're asking?

I think it's in the confirmation box at the exchange, go and ask the keymaster for the keys to the exchange and get a hard copy.
