Increase the author icon maximum image size?

Is there anyway we could up the image size from 5kb to maybe 10kb?Thanks.

I don't seem to be getting any response to my "all that %@#! on the "today" page" thread either. ...I didn't even get any other posts, let alone a response from James. Maybe James is on vacation, or maybe our ideas are just stupid (James, if they are stupid, just tell us, we can take it).

Hello All...Sorry but we will not be able to increase the Icon/Avatar limit from 5kb, but I have cut down the stuff that will appear in the Today page to one item at a time.RegardsJames

I use another site which only allows a small image BUT allows you to generate your own, from a larger jpg, by dragging a square over the section you want to use. You then just upload this small section of the picture.
