Let's have an honest discussion about Norway. Do they also use commas there?

Yes, and the rules for where and when to use them are much easier than in English. Aside from providing the proper spelling above, bø(!) is also what you traditionally say in Norwegian to scare somebody.

This is shown in Germany on New Year's Eve.
I vaguely remember seeing in Skeikampen.

Let me generalise your question. I was once witness to a heated conversation between two Norwegians on

Landsmål (Nynorsk) versus Riksmål.

The commas will come in their own good time.

Norwegian, a language known for its melodious rhythm and clear structure, also exhibits unique characteristics in its punctuation usage, particularly when it comes to the use of commas, or ‘komma.’ Understanding these rules is essential for learners aiming for proficiency in writing Norwegian. This guide delves into the specifics of Norwegian comma rules, providing a deeper understanding of each.

Compare to Icelandic

Icelandic in general uses far fewer commas than English so I'd be willing to put money on there being no usage of the Oxford comma in Icelandic. It's too silly to make it in the minimalistic Icelandic punctuation system. Stylistically Icelandic tends towards more short sentences, which is considered good Icelandic, as opposed to English where longer, complicated sentences are often considered more elegant - translating good academic Icelandic into English can often result in a rather simplistic, even juvenile, tone for English. This general trend means that there is usually less call for punctuation in any case.

I don’t know about the commas, but my dad.pl and bf.no achieve perfect communication without words while watching winter sport competitions.

Actually the few fiction books by popular Norwegian authors I’ve read had very long sentences with many commas. By the English rule one such sentence should be split into the number of commas + 1 sentences.
