any comments as related to understanding of quantitative finance, besides the ones from amazon.com, thank you. GA btw, someone was asking for sources with problems + solutions for self-studying. i have a few hints.Pricing and Hedging of Derivative Securities has problems + solutions, very clear and precise.paul wilmott's first derivatives for fe (the black one) has solution manual that can be obtained fairly easily. the manual has all the solutions to the end of chapter problems.

the instructor's manual for paul's black book is under daivd epstein. if you have the main text, there is a section in preface telling you where you can get the manual. i think the manual is free-charge <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> and you need to pay shipping and handling fees. if you really need it, i'll post the contact information from the preface on here.

I think the best person to answer if the solutions manuals are available to readers is the author, Paul.
