I wanna know which schools give international students TA or RA that includes full tuition and living expenses.

I got one from Purdue (and another from Indiana, but that's for MA in Fin Math, not Stats).

Wouldn't it be easier to look at schools you want to apply to and look at their MBA/MS statistics program and then read up on that? Or you can just go down the list on some rankings like US News...
