hi guys, I am going to finish my masters in financial manangment and control from aston business school, and i am seriously thinking of doing a chartered financial training programme or a phd in finannce, cant decide need some help and also can u tell me where can i apply for a trainee trader position

Narasa,If you want to get a trader position you should choose your next degree as quantitative as possible. PhD in mathematical finance would probably help more.Also you need to be carefull when looking for your "trainee trader position": being a trader assistant very often do not lead to trading. So go for a "junior trader" position but avoid a "trader-assistant-with-the-possibility-of-becoming-a-trader later" position.Good luck
