Posting PDF files

What is our policy on this? Some one is asking a question about a paper by Soloman Brothers. She claims that she couldn't attach the file. I sent her a private email to email me the paper to my personal email address. Should I try to post the paper? Are there any tricks any way?

All you need to do is use a utility such as WinZip to wrap the PDF into a .zip file, but the file can be no larger than 2Mb in size. Then you can attach it to your thread of choice.Hope this helps...James

I don't need to clear it with Soloman Brothers or the individual I got it from? I don't want to get into any legal issues.
