Average starting salary for quants and traders in Singapore
Someone I know is compensated with equivalent US salary on a trading desk. He was hired from NY though. I have a feeling that if you get hired locally it would be different.

For local hired junior staff without any working experience, they will pay SGD4000-5000 per month, e.g. DB, SSB ... excluding bonus
