August 10th, 2005, 8:54 pm

I'm actually having an exposure to equity derivatives in a internship, and I just wanted to have an insight about the other types of derivativescould I have your point of view about all the other types (credit, FI, IR..), what do you like about them, what's chalenging what's boring.....I actually found equity derivatives more interesting then credit, as you get to know companies and all the stuff....didn't quite like credit derivativesanother question? where is the money, I guess credit pays more???cheers

In some banks, FI refers to the division including IR, credit and even FX or commodities, basically everything that is not equity. In its strictest sense, FI = IR
