What's a typical recruiting process?
Just curious. How many interviews do I have to go through before I get the offer (if successful)?1st round - 0.5-1hr interview by phone or at a job fair or campus visit.2nd round - invitation to their work place; a full day interview...And next?

Depends a little on who you've seen on the full day.Some will offer after this.Others may want you to meet the team you'll be working with.Did you meet HR ?

I'm just getting 2nd round, and expected to meet the team.I just hope to finish this long job search process. It's been more than 3 months...
What's a typical recruiting process?
1st round: MD and line manager.2nd round: team and line manager.What happens after this? The line manager said he will definitely be seeing me again and will contact me in the next day or two. It's the second day now and no word.
