Which banks are regarded as having the best graduate training programs? And does it make a difference for the future which training program you went on?

Citigroup ranks highest in my opinion. It could make up for the missing pieces in maths/stat/quant in general. Makes a lot of difference in the future.

At Citi you are 1 in 300ish...making it difficult to stand out and be seen. I think some of the smaller banks who take on fewer people offer some fantastic training and rotation programmes, with more chnace to shine.

I think some bank may be good at M&A training, but its training on other disciplines may not be the best. Some are good at quant training, some may be strong at IT training....etc.So I do not think one bank would be good at all disciplines. It would be good if ranks for respective training disciplines are prepared.
