There was talk of bandwidth trading becoming the next big thing in 2000 - it even had the likes of KPMG publishing reports on it ! Then the TMT dot-com thing crashed and everyone stopped talking about it.Is it anything more than talk these days, and if so, who's doing it ? Anyone know a strong TMT equity analyst who can give an unbiased opinion ?
