Suggest...Forum IDesign, high-level issues and applications, for example- create an option hierarchy- Language issue, e.g. OO- design patternsForum IIThe 'mechanical' issues, for example- what the best open source fortran compiler- how do I build a C++ project- why does my program not run?Thanks to PaperCut who had the idea first.

I also suggest we split the Off Topic forum into at least four separate entities:1. Topics that make sense2. Topics that make no sense whatsoever3. ppaupers very own playground (all threads under which will be deleted on a continuous and fairly regular basis)4. Miscellany
