Quant Job Seeker

I have attended 3 years of PhD program in Finance (All But Dissertation). I am comfortable with maths and econometrics (more with it). I have studied theory of asset pricing, term structure, option pricing (both hull and Wilmott's The Mathematics of Financial Derivatives: A Student Introduction). I have reasonable knowledge of MATLAB and SAS. I also have masters in economics and finance. I come from a semi-ivy league school. I want a job in hedge fund industry. I have no experience in this industry. I have been looking for jobs with no success so far. Please suggest me:1) How to prepare for interviews?2) Where to look for jobs?3) Any headhunters?4) Or, any advice to kick off my career. Thanks,CD

>> I come from a semi-ivy league schoolsemi-ivy league is like "semi-topless".There's no such thing.Either it's ivy league (harvard, princeton, yale, brown, columbia, cornell, penn and dartmouth) or it ain't, and evidently in your case it ain't
