In the light of the recent financial crisis how do you think the salary levels have changed for:1) Credit Risk Quants2) Market Risk Quants3) Pricing/ FO Quantsthanks

I assume it may vary with the city you consider : NY , London, HK, Tokyo, Dubai, Singapore

salaries remain the same but #jobs down by 50% and bonuses cut 30-70% for those who have jobs.

It totally depends on the region, if you are talking about salary in Asia, this page might give you a rough picture. Quant salary

Don't see much decrease in base, but as others say bonuses are of course down.The "average" compensation varies a lot depending upon whether you include people who are between jobs.
