In corporate finance, you learn that (1) time is valuable; (2) knowledge is valuable; and (3) you should not waste time and share knowledge in a public forum.

to some extent i agree with that .....but still there could be few who would have missed these lessons?? I was keeping myself updated using sites such as http://www.financeprofessor.com/ http://www.research-finance.com/but what I missed the most is a forums like these where we could discuss things and moreover many of such sites are not updated regularly.
