iPad, Editing Equations and LaTeX

Not being fluent in LaTex, has anyone heard of any application that would allow an iPad to be used as a tablet for entering equations with a stylus and producing LaTex?

I am looking too, actually and will post here if I find anything like that.I did find this a short time ago and though not as useful as an iPad equation editor, it is nice to have...QuoteOriginally posted by: trackstarHere is a nice little app, if you have an iPhone...LaTeX HelpA reference app for looking up LaTeX symbols. Comes with "Math Mode" commands and "Text Mode" commands.(From the "friendly latex editor" thread, here in the Software Forum)

Haven't tried this, and it's for windows-based tablets rather than iPads, but it's worth mentioning http://enventra.com/products/mobomath/overview.htm . It looks very cool... Anyone use this?

Not sure for iPad, but would QT (Nokia) not be a possible solution. It is device-independent and maybe..QT latexBut since I don't use minitiature apparati of any kind (I use QT for BIG screens) this may not be what you are looking for. The question is if QT for iPhone OS.

QuoteOriginally posted by: outrunAH! could you checkout http://www.formulapages.com/ with you ipad an tell me how that went? Its half-baked, but do the menu's for eq entry work?Tried on iPhone with OS 3.1.3 and it worked fine so I'm assuming it works on iPhone OS 3.2 with the iPad as well.BTW formulapages.com goes to the main sitmo.com site where as www.formulapages.com goes to the calculator.
