Hi all. I realize this is a common thread-title here on the career board, but neither a Google search nor a Wilmott thread-search has yielded any results, so here goes..Has anyone had any experience (or heard any good rumors) about the following headhunters:> Hagan-Ricci> Rimrock > BCI> Capital Markets GlobalThanks!

Heard of all but Hagan-Ricci is probably the best of the lots in terms of their connections especially in high frequency.

I tried applying by myself to all the jobs that I found on efinancialcareers.de and I did not receive any feedback. I am thinking about trying my luck with headhunters. As a newbie at this, I am thinking that it might be interesting for me and others in my situation if people would mention other agencies that they can recommend. I will start with these for now. And I have one more: http://www.michaelpage.com/

I get emails from recruiters all the time, but they don't seem to be part of the top tier of quant recruiters. Do quants have to reach out to them to be considered.

if they are truly "top tier", you've never heard of them because they are too exclusive. these ones who have to troll and advertise for clients are like common street hookers who are fishing for customers on the street. the high class hookers don't advertise electronically.
