Data management software for high-frequency data

September 7th, 2010, 11:45 am

Does anyone know any user-friendly, menu-driven software to deal with HF Data? For example, to manipulate HF data in order to construct various time intervals (e.g. 5-minute, 10-minute, etc), order flow, effective spreads, etc. I am aware of some, but it takes serious programming efforts and knowledge, such as R, C++, etc

http://streambase.com/ ? There is a trial on their site. But if you are not up to a little coding to segregate data then high frequency is most likely not for you, unless you are a sales man getting money into a fund.
