How to submit a paper to Wilmott Magazine

I searched in google but couldn't find some really useful information on how to submit a paper to Wilmott Magazine, except an email address to send to. I am interested if there is author guideline such as pages requirement, etc. Thanks. Or is it mainly invitation only?
