Maybe they have used the wrong http link from the menu when posting. https links need the https link option to be used... the https version below works... or I am missing something else?www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-wo ... os/mc.html

it's the old http vs https thing, you need to either click on the right button or change the "L" to "S"
