Sorry no one has replied to you. Anyway welcome to this forum.My useless input. The literature on wx derivatives is not extensive at all.And, I personally am not aware of any handbook on this subject.Tell us when you find out some more, please.

I remember an old book published by Cambridge in 2005:Weather Derivative Valuation by S. Jewson and A. BrixIt seems quite good.
