Importing Excel or Other Data Tables

Is there an easy way to import data tables that will preserve columnar formatting and does not entail making an image, uploading it elsewhere, and inserting that image into a post on the forum?If the answer is, "Use the LaTeX functionality that is already here,"then fine.Thank you.

there's probably a better/easier way to do it, but in latex \begin{array}{|l|l|l|}etc will workand there's a million and one sites out there that will convert excel to latex online
