For my previous two jobs I had to move countries. In my current employment I didn't get any relocation expenses. In the previous one, I got about one month salary in advance, which was then taken from my bonus. I did ask in both cases about it, but didn't work.

Searching online, I have seen that the average furnished two-bedroom flat in Singapore is about 3,800SGD = 2,260 EUR = 3,070 USD = 1,950 GBP. Granted, they tend to have pools and a gym, but still they seem awfully expensive :S
